Samantha M. about figuring the price, you may want to do some of your own homework or consult with a realtor regarding the properties currently listed, sold, how long they have been on the market and what they sold for in comparison to the property that you would like to sell ( age of square footage, #of bedrooms, bath, garage, and any any other features of the property.

A real issue is the cost, the cost to add such technology and the cost to buy it, what manufacture wants to increase the price of thier product without providing a higher functional use or enjoyment, few gun owners are so responsible that they would be willing to pay more for a safety feature, IMO.

Another cool feature is that I can sometimes see interior pictures or read descriptions of other homes (sometimes even ones that sold several years ago), so that will help determine if other houses in that neighborhood have granite countertops, hardwood floors, etc.
