I have found facebook advertising to be a decent way to solicit buyers, and you can narrow down your audience to your most likely buyers for cheap.

If you think a response you read is good or answers another member's question well cast a vote for it.It's our own version of liking something on Facebook provided you're familiar with that.

People also go door knocking in the neighborhood and facebook ads and they try and market it as much as possible, in my opinion all of that marketing is pointless. 99% of the time home buyers find these open houses online because they are serious, and if someone sees a facebook ad but they aren't serious about buying they won't go.
