I was wondering if you could post some unique and creative things you have done to get a deal to close.

My searches have led me to explore various parts of Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, North Carolina, and other states - mainly because my criteria is accessible at my target price point in these states (I plan to purchase conventionally).Ultimately, what is the best location for me to hone in on deals? 

I started exploring wholesalers recently out of desperation to get any sort of decent return.  

I’ve been doing so much research and I’m ready to explore the world of REI.

He never once asked for money but just explored the pitfalls and possibilities during these presentations.  

So I explored MULTIPLE sources, including conventional, hard money, bridge loans, etc.

Also, explore credit partners who can help you put deals together.Never use your own money or credit, unless you're only doing REI as a hobby and not a business.
