But with their expertise, they will know every last detail to accelerate the depreciation.

So heres what I came up with .Paying for materials , permits , and the time and expertise of 2 men .  

They would need tax strategy expertise, familiarity with LLCs in DE, NV OH and how to structure a composite entity that limits liability/asset exposure in the most cost effective way possible.Any suggestions for who can help with this problem?
