Anyone Need an Architect or General Contractor??

I am a real estate investor in the triangle (North Carolina) and work exclusively with a design-build firm for all of my projects. They recently reached out and let me know that their workload is a little light for the next couple months and wanted me to see if anyone was in need of their services. I know, especially right now, that a reliable and available contractor is a hard thing to come by so I wanted to give them a shout out to the RE investment community in the triangle. If anyone is interested, please either PM or email me.

Happy Holidays!
