So although it sounds easy to say we have two rental properties, it wasn't that simple.

Everywhere I look people make it sound so easy, but it is not at all especially if you don't have a lot of funds to invest.

As a result of that experience, the BRRR strategy seems a little scary to me (especially long distance) at the same time as sounding like a great idea.

They cut and paste the marketing of other companies because it all sounds good. 

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

Sounds like you've got a solid plan to launch your real estate career.

Sounds like you aren't having trouble getting traffic, though.  

It sounds like you should be able to wait them out, but your agent can help figure it out.
