Have you been able to take advantage of quarantine and spend more time with family or reconnect meaningful relationships, in which discovering this balance allows you to work more effectively?

The level of work landlords are willing to put in and the ability to track down meaningful info are highly variable. 

I wanted feedback from others when you jump off that cliff and also wanted to encourage what hard work can do.

My encouragement is take some time to pay your dues to the industry and build relationships as you go.  

What episode really encouraged you and got you started?

I highly encourage you to do more research in this market.

If you are new I encourage you to go back and read the previous post so that you can get a feel for the full process.

On one hand, we were encouraged to take the money because, even if we are doing alright right now, all it will take is another wave or two to send everything hitting the fan again.
