This contrast greatly with New York, where they simply blow our numbers away in terms of new units built each year.Because we're so much slower at adding supply and we're not building dense enough, we're simply not able to keep up with the demand and that is keeping prices high, effectively stalling Phase III - Hypersupply of the real estate cycle.Just to meet the demand and prevent home prices from growing at the 200%+ rate it's been heading, we need to be building hundreds of thousands of new units more than we're already building every year.So why aren't developers rushing to develop in Los Angeles?

Also their is that effect of when people are in a groups, they lose personal accountability and their moral compass goes out the window.Why do you want to report them?

My advise is use your local knowledge, communication,  and connections to get you the right team, that will set you far more advance than any out of state investors.  

I'd keep all communications in writing from now on.  

Hello everyone,I really love how effective probate and administrative leads are, but I'm currently working fulltime in a large pharmaceutical company, and my hours are those exact of most court houses, so it makes it extremely difficult to get probate leads.

I found that probate properties were the most effective and promising way to get valuable leads, but its very difficult to mail out to people in a very large scale because you're hand writing down leads from the court house.If you don't mind me asking Jackie, where would I be able to find these code violation properties?
