Are many of the calls in the area drug related medical events?

Places where their kids cannot play outside because they are afraid of the gang members milling about and drugs being openly traded outside?

It's always the tenant getting the special treatment.

I can not go to the store without someone asking me either for spare change (it happens even in the best of neighborhoods) a cigarette, or do I know where they can get some drugs, so it was a bit of a let down to see a $995 price tag.

I also have 15 years of government operations management experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, including real estate transaction, and currently am the Chief Financial Officer for Santa Barbara County's Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Department, where I am responsible for managing a $106 million annual budget for FY 14-15. 

The 2 tenants were doing drugs, passed out and started the place on fire, and they both died. 

Honestly I know I could've gotten that deal (seller lived in PA) but he needed the money from his home to help pay for his Cancer treatment so I decided I don't want to toy with this one.

Civil forfeiture laws allow local law enforcement very broad powers to confiscate property, including real estate, with even a hint of drug related crimes being committed. 

Schools tend to get special treatment.  

It was fairly obvious I got pulled over, because I was leaving the area and they want to make sure I wasn't buy drugs.
