Although the OP already posted that it was her mistake in posting that it was the dryer rather than the washer that was causing the reported leak, there are dryers that are called "condensing dryers"; condensing dryers are big in Europe, and are used in situations where venting to the exterior is not feasible so the use of the drain to dispose of water removed during drying is how they work.

Don't forget to include other income if it's there, like coin op laundry, storage or garage rentals, vending machines,  if you have 50% vacant units your coin op laundry income will be 50% too.
