I am sure there was - but even at a significant discount - two of three units (not including the owner occupied unit) would not yield enough rent for it to CF after I left.

The gray area is maintenance.Small repairs up to $50 I dont see a problem with.I also give a rent discount up to $50 if the rent is paid on or before the 1st.
