Now I'm trying to fill out the required refund form however, I need an Authorization No. and a Uninstall Code before I can send it in so my refund can be processed.It seems like I've hit a road block trying to obtain these numbers.

The gray area is maintenance.Small repairs up to $50 I dont see a problem with.I also give a rent discount up to $50 if the rent is paid on or before the 1st.
