Good afternoon , I am a new builder in corpus , focusing on modern design I'm also interested in partnering up with a developer to get my vision and scale it to a bigger form and build specs and short term rentals simultaneously.

My questions to the BiggerPockets's community are:1) When first starting out, who are the three most important people that you need to meet and develop a relationship with?

I was hoping that you would be interested in being a test user for a real estate investing website I'm developing?

My long term goal is to develop a large portfolio of rental properties for a passive income retirement so I can travel the world for the last 1/3 of my life.

I'm not looking to develop a long term relationship with this hard money lender.

I apply a strong analytical approach and enjoy developing relationships, assisting in any capacity.

What are you all seeing builders or developers pay per unit for raw land?
