Daniel, no matter what lender you use for the 3rd, they will be asking you that question, as the loan will come up in a credit check, and you will probably be asked to explain all your investment property loans and reserves in detail.

Look for rehabs going on in the area and get the owners name from the work crew, or leave your deal details there.
