It doesn't sound like you need the money now so it makes good sense to do the light rehab and hold onto this one.

@Alex Deacon, Thanks so much for the light but again I do need to understand the rudiments of the industry as am an Architect but do not understand the business of the profession which is real estate.

Me and owner talked for well over a hour about the location, how he has seen the area improve with the opening of the light rail whiten walking distance.

Go someplace like Rome,Macon where you can buy something inexpensive and oversee a light to medium rehab.

I've done light rehabs but this one will be much bigger.

Our guests in the MTR have all been traveling medical professionals who use the property very lightly.

I own an OdorStop 2500 and three big box fans, two of them are Lasko Wind Machines, which are great because they're light with a handle that you can hang from something and adjustable up and down.

Can all of you real estate experts shed some light on my dilemma.
