I'm not very familiar with 10% conventional loans nor have I come across people doing this on BP refinancing less than 20% so I just want to pick your brains to see if my head is in the right place and my math is on par.

There are a LOT of amazing people on here with advice for days, so, if you don't mind, let me pick your brains! 

I feel like I have ideas pop in and out of my brain all day long and it would be awesome to speak with someone actually doing this type of work.
