Taxes are what they are, an expense that should be built into the rent creating a level playing field for all landlords.  

It's not clear from the site the level of expertise of the people who go look.  

I cant speak on a national level but in Texas inventory is low and competition is tough.

I can't stand the city of London or Government at any level - especially when they tell me what I can and cannot do.

Did not treat the property as well as your tenant and definitely didn't break anything but was the same rude level and the other tenants were not happy nor was I chilling.....always something.Time will tell if my new tenant is any good, but at least its calm here.

Many CPAs can do all of those things with a certain level of prodding.

It really depends on your experience level and where you are at.
