Hi everyone,We just got permits for remodeling of a fire-damaged SFH in Pompano Beach (Broward County) FL, only to discover that truss manufacturers are taking 16-25 weeks to manufacture and deliver trusses. 

I am in Texas.I bought a damaged house in April 2020 with hard money and refinanced into a conventional loan.

Hopefully they don't try to throw any more road blocks your way.

I'm closing on another property Monday the next block up that will need a major rehab as well.

So having a front loaded SFR with Garage/livable spaces blocking the required easement would prevent the lot split potential.
