Even though I could charge more, I prefer to build strong connections that make them come back for more deals.By the way, if you market directly to sellers, you might get better deals after a year.

Hey Gavin, having realtors look for deals for you is great, but off market deals have always been our best.First thing I would do, is try to connect with as many other investors in your areas as possible.
