What your ideal buy is changes over time as you gain experience.Post a property you've analyzed and do not plan to proceed with the address and your analysis and you'll get lots of feedback that will help you refine your own process.

I agree John, but there are golf cart rentals in just about every Beach Community that is golf cart friendly, and typically those seem to be pretty high earning individuals.

States have different requirements for licensing (and the TYPE of license) based on whether you will be earning a salary or commission.
