I was wondering what's the likely hood of the lender activating the due on-sale clause?

Even with my team in place (Attorney, CPA, Ins broker, property manager, lender) I was still in at least 10 hours a week.I started moving some of my capital into syndications about 5 years ago.

Often times the cost is minimal compared to the amount of money at risk with a mortgage. 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

simple math, compare the cost of the total payment now (pi +pmi) to new (pi) and see which one is lower.

I'm a fellow Ohioan, lender and investor in Stark County.

If the borrowing entity were to default on the loan, the lender will hold each responsible.
