I currently do not have any investment properties, but I am working on my business plan and have goals set to have my first property by October of 2017.

It just depends on what your goals are.  

My goal in real estate is to get into investing starting with some rental properties and moving my way up. 

My husband Matthew and I are serious about learning about networking with others in our local community.We are big on Community Outreach and look forward to not only being able to making a profit, but helping others achieve their goals too!

I'm now ready to get focus on my long term financial and career goals and would like to get reintroduced to real estate.

In the next couple of years, my goal is to be able to at least work a part time job in real estate in Fort Lauderdale.

Unfortunately, I don't have the insight into those areas yet, but its a goal of mine to do that in the coming months.

Also, consider making a business plan to set out a roadmap and goals for yourself.

My goal is to pay off my current home loan on the place I live. (40k) then purchase two rental properties for about 50k each.
