The results seem promising but I have yet to sit down with them to talk numbers since there is a lot of variable cost based on the level of finish, lot condition, and then hiring a 3rd party to finish out the final details e.g. making final electrical connections, connecting plumbing to main drive line, running duct work etc.

Buy similar colors and one of those 5-gallon buckets to mix it up in.And @Steve Vaughan, you can mix up your custom color, then pour the leftovers into a new paint can.

The house was built in the 1935 and all the walls are plaster and lathe, while starting the renovation I found out that the walls were crumbling underneath and were held up by duct tape, covered with what looked like some sort of mud then repainted.

I already have a portion of important docs saved there (door key info, floorplans, maintenance manuals, paint colors, sku #s for materials, business docs like articles of incorporation, blank rental apps, estoppels, other info) so I have access to them remotely.

By changing out some features, rerunning some ducts, to create separate laundry rooms, & doing some minor renovations/upgrades we were able to get the house ready to be ran as 2 separate units.

The issue: I have a 1974 fridge that seems like its going to give out soon (White color); a dishwasher that I would prefer to replace because it looks about 20 years old and would have concerns about how much life is left (Black color); and a newer electric range and hood (White color).
