Numbers never lie, and we have found those numbers to be the most reliable :)

Someone is lying to me and I'm 99% sure I know who, just can't prove it.  

Of course, you also have the problem with Companion Animalls where your your tenants can bring goats, chickens and horses in your unit and you can't do nothing to stop them.

I would check out other duplexes  on the market, this price seems wrong-- but not going to lie, I'm hoping some sucker buys it so it will push more duplexes higher!

Sometimes the story is half truth or even complete lies.

It has gotten to the point in Vermont that as long as there aren't dead bodies lying around, everything sells very fast and well over asking. 

Here's where the issue lies.

Im planning on being there in a week for the rescheduled service, so it would be an incredibly easy lie to catch.
