@Steven Schafer don't fall for those tenant negative stories about PMCs.A significant portion of these tenants are really complaining about being held accountable to the terms of their lease!

Just my opinion but one residential property per LLC is an overkill in my mind and just ends up costing a lot more money down the road in administrative / accounting fees. 

(On Maple Street only about 3 blocks long I owned 12 houses...once I bought into the street I found value and became known as a cash buyer who maintained their properties so my phone rang and I shook hands on the street to keep it ringing.)Always check ARIES the Lucas County Auditor site.

You could also take a look at a DSCR loan, it doesn't even take into account your income at all!
