Hello, I just wanted to check on the possibility of this.

After several years of this method, a spot check of total balance due from my schedules differed quite a bit from the mortgage lenders’ balance due.

The point of using a land trust in real estate is for the beneficiary to remain unknown/anonymous for as long as possible.You can ask the trustee for verification that they are in fact authorized to sell the property held in trust (it's not always the case that they are, you should check).  

Can anyone know if bigger pockets actually has resources for Canada, and if not does anyone know of any resources I should check out?
