It's pretty doubtful that you'll stay under that number selling 2-3 a year and that still leaves you out 3 years in a mature market where exiting and getting your next positions now is better than later.

But once you have a solid QI on your team, a lot of the pressure will be off you - someone is there to tell you what each step is and make sure everything is documented appropriately, which is totally worth $750 to me, personally.If you're interested in staying invested in RE, a 1031 is a powerful tool to get accustomed to.

Most people I ask say to take the lower paying job because Ill be happier and I will eventually make more with raises etc, but if I don’t plan on staying in the corporate world I feel that the extra 20k a year will help towards investing and retiring quicker.
