That's a great idea for potentially a new feature of BP: a place for Core 4 teams to assemble and then showcase themselves for investors to reach out to for out of state (or even in state) investing.

I will admit I was complacent on finding out if there were new restrictions or caps on the amount you can legally increase rent with the new regulations on rent control since I did not plan on increasing it.

That said, if you do buy it and keep the historic features, the property is worth much more, and is typically desirable to renters and buyers.

I know that rent increases are capped at 5% + CPI up to a max of 10%, and I also understand that you can no longer give tenants a "No Fault" notice to vacate.

I have important things BOLDED and set in ALL CAPS and have many words UNDERLINED and use exclamation marks.Could this be turning off the prospective tenants?
