Would a local commercial banker or business banker be able to help?

To oversimplify the business model in acquiring leads:1) Time: cold call, drive for dollars, network2) Money: Mass mailers, virtual assistants, CRMs, ect.

It also includes a small commercial space <1200ft which I also hope to rent eventually (it's a conditional permit only for a small business, no retail). 

Simply the time to do the STR business well would have been challenging if we were deployed (your version of out to sea).  

I am an RE agent and she owns her own business. 

Having under 6 residents is very hard to make profitable as a business owner otherwise.

We are active on social media and we reach out to independent landlords, leave business cards on vacant properties, and reach out to local real estate agents.

They told me they went out of business and moved to the coast and won't be doing anymore electrical work or requesting my final for me.
