For example I would have bought a shop vac wet and dry with the hepa filter, and then throw away the shop vac afterwards.By the way, always disclose whether it's the law or not.

I am new to listsource and I was thinking to filter by ->pre-foreclosure->recent added date, and using the preset selection "last 1 month" and "last 3 months".Considering re-sell potential, I'm also thinking to filter by SFR, 3-5 bdrm, in areas where home values are less than my state's median home value ($220k).However, I am not sure whether to filter by years owned and minimum equity.
