Thus far I am considering displaying the additional tax base that will come from that verse a SFH, additional power used from a duplex (ie city gets a portion of all electrical bills in city), additional water and sewer revenues, and the big one that it helps the affordable housing crisis. 

From a logistical standpoint, our location gives us a huge advantage.You can access almost 60% of the US population within 1 days drive.Along with that, many large automakers (Ford, Toyota etc.) have committed a significant amount of resources to Kentucky.They wouldn't have done so if they didn't believe in the future of the economy.I think the biggest hurdle we'll have to overcome is our state & local tax laws.I know Elon has been eyeing Tenessee for that reason (i.e. no state income tax). 

The building does not get top dollars and lots of vacancy, but still cashflowing a lot (enough to cover mortgage payments) and that also gives huge potential for improvements in the revenue in the future.

Biggest one would be the conflict of interest with the military if you're deemed to be "screwing" or "abusing your power" with subordinate service members.

This will have a huge impact on the region as this brings in millions of revenue dollars for gas, motels, restaurants, souvenirs, shopping.
