The middle man/ underwriters have no concept of nursing or health care jobs and absolutely no idea what a travel professional does- just that it seems super flaky and inconsistent on paper.

I am not sure if her health condition is purely physical or if it's adversely affecting her mental faculties, but if you have a strong relationship and rapport you can have a candid and open conversation about your intentions and demonstrate any way you can help (through deeds, financial support, etc).

ben, that's true, but some people just dont share much or have their profile locked to outsiders.i had one guy that was trying to break his lease claiming health issues and we caught him in a lie since he was posting on there "can't wait to get into my new apartment". he had told us he is moving back to his parents. he had friended my wife a months earlier..what a tool!

Some tenants are great and then turn bad due to divorce, loss of job, health, etc.
