They won't re-set the coin machines but there are youtube videos if you don't mind tedious work (I had someone else do that).

Does anyone know of good book - article - YouTube show or podcast show that talks about the best markets to invest in - in 2019?

You'd learn more from books, podcasts, and YouTube to be honest and it'll be a lot cheaper.

An algorithm cannot get it done for me in my market.Plus- I find it one of the more fun parts.

In the example I looked at from Jet Lending on YouTube, you borrow 100,000 and you need close to 15k at closing plus you need to show you have almost 50k total so that they know you can pay at least 6 months of interest and have money to start the rehab. 

I first heard about BiggerPockets through one of Graham Stephan's YouTube videos.

Spring Training is huge as the San Francisco Giants have a stadium in the heart of Scottsdale and that brings out a ton of fans as well.I'd suggest getting on YouTube and watching videos from STR University.
