Rent comps: RentFax, Rentometer, RentRange? Good or bad?

Hello BP,

What do you use for rent comps in your area?  How good they actually are?

I know Craiglist, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc provide good indications, but is there a good source that compare a lot of similar properties at once?

I heard Rentometer does not provide really good estimates depending on the area.

What about RentFax or RentRange?  Any experience with these or any other suggestion?

My property is a SFR in Class A/B area.

Thank you!
