@Jay Hinrichs, Well, hard money loans are a part of the crowdfunding universe, but certainly not the only option, nor even the most prevalent.

I currently attend The University of Southern Mississippi and will graduate in May.

I think we're in the minority of Non-Americans here, but much of the information here is universal.

Now I am a licensed NYS real estate agent as of June 2015 and will be graduating with a bachelors degree in International Business Management from Pace University. 

I went to Rutgers University in the early 2000's and they have done some development in that area since then.

I graduated from Penn State University with a degree in accounting, worked at Ernst & Young for a few years, and also have my CPA.Looking forward to meeting some new people!
