I have spoken with him about this and they will refi based on the cash flow of the property.I feel like he didn't want to self-promote but It is an awesome thing to have in your back pocket if you ever want to go that way.

Good luck, I've heard there are some bills moving through the state legislature to actually increase taxes on business in California since presumably they all have more money from the Federal level cuts.Nothing like living in a totalitarian tax confiscatory state, great way to promote business, innovation and growth.

Here's another cautionary tale.I have a friend that loaned via a loan promoter conduit which loaned in conjunction with or behind a formal (company) hard money lender.
