Now if property was 10 million retail center stabilized and my cash flow split was a lot larger then it might make sense otherwise I want a large upside.Attorneys that do syndication papers the good ones I have seen charge a regular fee for the first one and once set up they RECYCLE the blue print papers for the next deals and cost is much, much cheaper.
