There are many platforms you can use for support with questions (eXp world, Workplace pages and chats, phone calls to local broker support, and more).

It will be interesting to see if Zillow's return to free ads increases the number of property managers who use the platform, decreases lead quality, and overall number of leads.

Especially on social media no matter if it's the BP Facebook groups or other platforms.

If Cities and State Legisaltion or Ordinances allow only STRs where the owner lives on property/home share, and AirBNB is the only booking platform for home share stays, couldn't there be some sort of unfair competition/antitrust challenge to the ordinances?
