Small world!

This property is VERY small and I want to run it as a test case in the area.

Everyone seems to recommend separate bank accounts for the business (as landlord, collecting rent, paying expenses, repairs, etc) and personal.My question is, since I live in the small unit (maybe 40% of the sq footage of the building) and rent out the other 60%, it's unclear which account I should use for the roof replacement that is going on right now. 

I am just starting to invest in small multifamily units in Fort Worth Texas and I happen to stumble across a great deal.

hi all, I have a small home in Riverview, FL that I’m looking to sell.

We never looked at it as an attic as it consists of three finished rooms (2 large and 1 smaller) and a small bathroom which has a small tub, shower, sink and toilet.The second floor can be assessed by a stair case in the front of the house, and a staircase in the back of the house.

My partner and I are looking to buy a small commercial property 50/50.

These are all over in small quantities you can find them on Redfin, Zillow, FSBO.com, Craigslist, and even driving your desired area. 

We rented a small condo (800 sq ft or so).

We are from SoCal and have put together a small group of local investors to build a portfolio of properties.
