any recommendations for a property manager in Eastpointe /Warren MI?

Our focus would be near Lake Michigan from about Holland south to as far as Michigan City.We also have some interest in the long term rental market in the Ann Arbor area. being near the university we understand there is a large demand for housing, but prices are high right now. 

I'm in Grand Rapids, MI if that makes a difference (don't think it will).
