Hard Money Lender Michigan

Hey Everyone,

Looking to purchase my first rental property in Michigan (about 20 miles northeast of Detroit) and am having no trouble finding national hard money lenders, but would prefer to work with a reputable local hard money lender for my first deal. I still haven't ruled out a conventional mortgage, but just want to get all my options on the table so I can make the right decision. Looking for around 60k (for a condo), anyone have any recommendations? Thank you!

@Brian Cross most HML will not loan to you if your not pre approved for a take out loan. I know I would not.. they don't want to be stuck in a loan you cannot refi out of.
