I got tired of communicating with 15 different people over a couch, a rug, a coffee table, a bed, etc. so after the first time of using Craigslist, I went straight to IKEA and bought everything there.

I am a Realtor, maybe we could grab a coffee one morning and discuss what you are trying to accomplish I live right downtown.

:-)You need to develop your own style, but if you plan to offer wster, coffee, tea, etc,  there are costs there.

Vacationers may pay $200 a night or $6,000 a month for the same home.However, you have to factor in all the expenses: furnishings, consumables (tp, coffee, soap, etc.), marketing, taxes (8% in Atlanta), utilities including WiFi, landscaping, reservation fees, and more.

We only do what I would call a "light" staging - dining room table, a few pictures on the wall, maybe a couple of chairs and coffee table, flowers, and that's about it.

Blender, toaster, single-serve Keurig, coffee maker (Full pot), steak knives in the wooden block and a mug of spatulas and stir spoons.
