Hello BP!

Ben Burket here from the Finger Lakes region in NY.  I'm currently trying to accelerate my education and find my first deal here in NY (my wife and I co-own a triplex in PA with my brother).  I've really enjoyed BP and the education I have already received from the Podcast, books, and members here.  

I found BP through googling RE questions, and the best information was always here!  I currently work full-time, but I look forward to being a full-time real estate investor in the future.
