From reading stories on the internet, there's many different opinions and it's difficult to sort through fact and fiction.

You can also go by your local library or check there website out to see if they loan books out over the internet.

Start by driving around, walking different neighborhoods, talking to people and doing some internet research.  

Been reading lots of articles, books and listening to BP podcasts. 

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

Go to some REIA meetings and talk to other investors about it, search the internet, keep asking here on BP then get on the phone and call, call and call some more.
