@Jorge SiverioI agree with @Stetson Miller in that I would look for a lot further south and west of Gator Circle, in the 33993 zip code.

Always good to have an open mindset and not overlook certain deals because of the zip code. 

I was wondering what are the best zip codes for wholesaling in Baltimore? 

Not too mention the experience that a general contractor would bring over what say my knowledge is for dealing with permits and code.  

I feel your curiosity on how RE people still didn't figure out that with simple coding they can automate so much of their work let alone create better underwriting models and even design. 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

As for the driving for dollars, I dont do it as much, but when I did I would get code vio lists from the city and put them into a batchgeo map so I could drive specific properties that had reported distress and also find other properties that looked distressed but werent on my list.

For the past couple months I have been analyzing deals to get used to running the numbers in preparation for my first deal, now I would like to start getting familiar with analyzing markets.So my question is how do you all go about analyzing markets, what are redlags in a market, what to look for, what are good sources for information, do you focus on one zip code, and etcI want to be as prepared as possible for my first deal so all information and strategies is very appreciated!
