Norristown PA investment

John B.
Posted

Can anyone tell me if Norristown, PA is a place where your investment can really appreciate? I know there are some pro's and con's to Montgomery county such as strict inspection and permit rules. Is there anything that makes Norristown a good place to invest. I currently invest in Philly and was thinking of branching out and saw some potential deals in Norristown. Thanks!

@John B. A lot of investors have mixed feelings about Norristown but it happens to be a great investment pocket. There is nowhere else in Montgomery County to get well large, well-maintained single-family homes and multis. Many investors only think of certain parts of Norristown and then miss out on great opportunities. Norristown is the next closest town to Conshohocken which is a rapidly gentrifying suburb of Philadelphia where companies such as Oracle have built databases. Always good to have an open mindset and not overlook certain deals because of the zip code.

Best of luck,
