I am looking for financial freedom and steady monthly CF.

. $75k, doesn’t go all that far and it’s more likely that you’d end up working low wage jobs trying to figure out how to pay your bills than it is that you find financial freedom through real estate without ever working a day in the real world.

But because you have virtually unlimited freedom on leveraged funds - your only responsibility is paying back the principal + whatever interest you agreed to - the upside of RE is really difficult to beat compared to all alternatives. 

Flipping is a job, passive income provides freedom, which is why I now offer selling financing with 30% down vs one lump sum. 500- 700 a month x 20 , 30 40 homes, well....Great post

Its destroying hotels, uber destroying cabs, goggles destroying newspapers> Bottom line freedom usually prevails and your home, buildings is yours, therefore laws side with owns more and more.  

Financial freedom is at your finger tips!! 

Achiving that truly does give you freedom because there's no effort involved in making that money come in.The other route is to be self employed.

It's definitely exciting starting out new and building my way to financial freedom!
