Hey everyone my name is DeJaun Mckenzie I'm 21 and I'm a chef at a independent owned restaurant, I currently have 0 experience in real estate but every day I'm learning more and learning that I haven't learned enough, I got interested in Real Estate because my boss's brother was telling me it's something I should get into and since then I've been hooked on wholesaling and in the midst of my research I stumbled upon BP and before I knew it I had 10+ tabs of articles open.

Also make sure you have your rentals registered and be aware that Independence new Rental Ready Program starts in June and Kansas City is proposing a horrendous new rental licensing and inspection ordinance that we may see on the ballot in November. . . . be sure to join the local landlord and REIA groups to stay up to date on the legal issues in the KC Metro.
