Hello BP, my name is Dave Dettra and I am looking to get involved in Real Estate. I have always loved the idea of having success that is directly related to how hard/intelligently I apply myself. I currently have a 9-5 that I thoroughly enjoy but after being in this industry for 7 years I'm realizing that it will never provide the freedom I desire. I have a few goals with REI, short term: get a deal (soon), 5-year: become financially independent and long term goal is create strong wealth for my family and I. I'm excited to start networking in this community of extremely knowledgeable folks. With as green as I am, I'm looking forward to any and all advise that I can get. Thanks BP
