How was it living with people still in college while you were not in college?

Excited to share stories with all of you and I hope to find a mentor willing to take on a fresh college grad.

Through high school and college I worked for my dad every summer in residential remodeling and that is where I first took an interest in real estate.

Knowing at an early age that I wanted to be an entrepreneur I began my college career as a business major with a concentration in management.

I am a freshman in college and Im looking to purchase a house next year, live in it, while renting it out to other students.

My son just started college and my daughter is in high school, but it seems like yesterday my kids were young!  

Thats what I did for my first property while I was in college and instead of paying rent I collected over 1000 a month.

350,000, wow, that's like my hometown during the school year with 6 universities/colleges running!

I went to college for real estate finance at UT - San Antonio, inherited a dozen rental properties from my dad at 19, lending private funds at 22, learned how to wholesale at 23, started flipping at 24, owner financing at 25.
