Hello BiggerPockets community! Excited to be a new member here. I have already found great value in this website and the resources available here, but realized I had not yet joined this community.

My name is Eric Abercrombie. I grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. Through high school and college I worked for my dad every summer in residential remodeling and that is where I first took an interest in real estate. The book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" only helped fan that into a flame a number of years later. I currently have a full time job as the assistant manager of a historic site. I also co-own a real estate investing business with a good friend of mine. We have been investing for 3 years now. We've completed several profitable deals, but have also made some very costly mistakes along the way. We feel like we're back on track and ready to take our business to the next level.
